Delivery

You can monitor the status of your order at any time by clicking on the My Orders link.

Approximate Delivery Times are:
  • Canada - 7 to 10 days from despatch
  • UK - 5 to 7 days from despatch
  • Germany, Austria and Switzerland - 4 to 6 days from despatch
  • Other EU - 6 to 8 days from despatch
  • Hong Kong and Asia - 5 to 7 days from despatch
  • Australia and New Zealand - 7 to 10 days from despatch
  • USA - 7 to 10 days from despatch

Should an item not arrive within the estimated period, please note that our Customer Service Centre cannot investigate the non-arrival of your item until the expiry of 21 Days from despatch.*

*Please note that books cannot be investigated until after 30 days from despatch.

Stock Items

Items held in stock will be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock.

Out of Stock Items

In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we may be awaiting or researching information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. Back-order titles usually come into stock within 1 to 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item or you may select an alternative of the same value.

Damaged Jewel Case

If a CD jewel case is damaged when you receive it from us, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Simply go to our Customer Service Centre.

Returns Policy

CD WOW! must be notified prior to a return being performed. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with a “Returns Form” which must accompany all returns. Full return instructions are provided on the returns form.

CD WOW! will only accept returns for the following:
  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Goods supplied incorrectly
  • Goods that vary from their description on the website

Note:
  • All returns must be received by CD WOW! within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your “Despatch Information” email to confirm this date.
  • A CD WOW! Returns Form must accompany your return. Any return that is not accompanied by this form will not be given priority or may be ineligible for return. Any ineligible item will be returned to you.
  • Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
  • Computer and Console Games and Accessories attract strict manufacturer guidelines and are non-returnable unless defective or unopened (refer to “Damaged or Defective Items”).

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return.

In order to return the product, please refer to the Returns Policy section.

You must return defective or damaged goods within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your “Despatch Information” email to confirm this date.

If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply as set by the manufacturer. We recommend you review the warranty prior to contacting CD WOW!

Should you have a complaint, CD WOW! undertakes to deal with this within 2 working days of receipt. In fact, every effort is made to reply to your complaint on the day we receive it. All correspondence is treated as confidential and you will be kept informed of the steps taken to resolve your problem.
