I am by no means a full on gamer and had played this a bit on a mates PC.
So I ordered a copy for my PC and was blown away by the scenery and sounds. I'm a fan of the Far Cry series so it plays similar to that and your usual C.O.D type games. As I don't play online gaming I can't comment on that first hand but hear good things.
5 beers out of a 6 pack.

Awsome game!!! Bought it just for the MP but also has an awsome and fun story. Hileiouse characters that will keep you laughing the whole time.
Multiplayer is great fun. Can be very challenging in the begining.
Highly recomended game. Atleast until Battlefield 3 XD

A very polished (glitch-free) game with stunning graphics that do not require the services of the uber-video card to render. Having an enthusiast graphics card (or more) will of course allow for much higher levels of anti-aliasing and game image quality.
Installation for me was relatively painless, but be aware that early versions of the game will have extensive patches applied before you can start gameplay.

It's a fun and nice little addon. It's far from as good as the regular BC2, but still alright. It lacks any real choice of weapons, and the maps are really good, except they have a lot of choke points.

One of the best online multiplayer games out, if you've played any of the other Battlefield games then you'll be familiar with this although the graphics, destructible environment, sound etc have really stepped up. If you haven't played any of the Battlefield games... this is a great one to start with!
Progressing through the ranks can be tough to start, but you get the hang of it and it keeps pushing you to get the next weapon or upgrade.
There can be some connectivity issues, but a correctly configured modem and the right version of punkbuster will sort it out.
Overall - Outstanding, addictive game

BC2 is a decent game as majority of gamers loved BF2 as i did!! I would recommend this game to everyone who is above the age rating ;).. This game is an 8/10 for me, at first it's abit difficult and weird but give it a few days, if not even a week at max and you shall be fine (depends on how pro a person is) lol!! BF3 is coming out near the end of 2011 so i would highley suggest everyone to buy BC2!!

The best online game out. It is brilliant and the 64 multiplayer will blow your mind away. You will be engaged in tank vs tanks, heli attackts, rpgs destryong your cover, etc.
