Description
Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort's defences and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, Professor Horace Slughorn (Jim Broadbent), whom he believes holds crucial information. Meanwhile, as teen hormones rage across the ramparts, Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn't counted on Romilda Vane's chocolates! That's not forgetting Hermione, simmering with jealousy but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

The sixth of the Harry Potter movies, this is completely in keeping with the previous movies. As the actors have matured, so have the characters they play. As always, Rupert Grint is hilarious as the love-struck Ron Weasley. Special affects are really well done. A great night's entertainment.

Any Harry Potter fan knows that the films are great. And even for non Harry fans its still a great film. Entertainment for everyone young and old, my 2 year old nephew adores Harry Potter and watches it with his grandad so literally everyone will love this film.

Nearing the end of his journey, Harry Potter is less of a boy and more of a young man. With the aging of our favourite sourcerer, the plot is getting darker still. The sixth in the row, the movie serves great as a prequal to the two-movie finale coming soon. I cannot wait for the end to unfold on the big screen.
